Progress Report on Purchasing the Resort By Xuefeng On April 2nd, Tongxin, Ehuang, the real estate agent, and I went to the resort to confirm the details regarding the property. The owner’s son, daughter-in-law, daughter, and son-in-law also arrived at the resort. We carefully finalized with the owner what items they would take and what would be left behind. Everything went smoothly, and both parties were satisfied.Given that the owners have been building and managing the resort for 42 years, there are many miscellaneous items. The owner's son, daughter-in-law, daughter, and son-in-law will take a week to sort and pack the items they want to take. There are also many items that will be left for us. The real estate agent believes the owner has been very generous, and we also feel that the owner is a very good person. The average temperature at the resort is about 5 degrees lower than at the main center, so much of the snow has yet to melt. It was snowing when we arrived at noon, but the weather was clear the next day. From today, the main center has basically entered spring. The lowest temperature today was only -2 degrees Celsius, and in a few days, there will be no more sub-zero temperatures. The grass and trees have already begun to turn green.
