Report of the Visit to Tamera, Portugal (1)

Today is the third day when I arrived the Tamera. Before the seminar on May 20, I will help the Tamera to translate some  propaganda into Chinese. So they arranged me to work with them in the office. Thank the Greatest Creator that I can use the computer now.

I missed our community so much when arriving here on the first day. Because it is quite different from the life in our home. I need to wash my clothes  and  buy daily goods by myself. There is a store in this community and most goods are ecological. I was the only one face from Asia and felt lonely when seeing all strange faces around the world. I missed our brothers and sisters so much. However, I overcame the feelings of loneliness soon. There will be many open  training courses and workshops in the Tamera in recent time. So many visitors came here from all over the world. There are  dozens of visitors and I have met some of them who are from USA, Germany, France, England,Holland, Spain, Brazil, Columbia and Israel. Some of them came here to experience the life here and some came to participate the workshops, and others came here to learn ecological knowledge and  technology.

As a visitor, I had dinner at the visitor's canteen. On the first day of supper time, the kitchen needed several people to wash the dishes and I joined. When in the kitchen, somebody opened the music of happy rhythms, several foreign girls and boys were working and dancing at the same time. They looked like the children. The happy atmosphere calm me down quickly and I didn't feel lonely any more. It reminded me of Guide Xuefeng's words: Everything is a game. Work is also a game. If we work as playing games, it will be simple and relaxed.

Besides the foreigners in the dorm, I knew most friends during dinner. I mentioned our community when talking with them, and they were interested in it. They never thought there would be such a community in the remote China. So I gave them the promotional materials of our community.

Because I am the only visitor from Asia and on behalf of Chinese community, the members of Tamera treated me so nice.

When communicating with each other, I found the members of Tamera were so curious and got interested in the New Oasis for Life. During the lunch time, some members of Tamera asked me many questions of our home, and they demanded me to spend more time on introducing our community and answering their questions. To be honest, I was lack of confidence and felt nervous to introduce our home and answer their questions in English. I was thinking that why Guide Xuefeng wasn't here at that time. If Guide Xuefeng was here, it would be okay for him to answer questions. But Guide Xuefeng isn't here, I have to bite the bullet. Things will work out. Hope the Greatest Creator will bless me so that  I can freely and accurately spread the values of New Oasis for Life to western poeple in English.
