The Building of Our Crescent Pond was Completed! April 8, 2013 In order to make our home the model of eco-friendly community, in the 4th branch we digged and built a dum and pond in the revine of Jinyue valley. It took 4 months, more than 70 people, 200 carts of stones and sand to build, with a new wooden stairs,14 banana trees transplanted and 34 willow trees planted, a duck house, 0.1 acre grass transplanted from the slopes around. Teachers and children came to work with us for some time on weekends and the construction was finally completed yesterday. Please have a look at the labor photos.
