For example, some are responsible for cooking, some for cleaning, some for doing laundry, some for planting fruits and vegetables, some for hairdressing design, some for facility maintenance, some for beautifying the environment, and some for the basic construction of various places, etc. Everyone divides their responsibilities and serves each other, practicing a holographic management approach (replacing management with service). Each brother and sister is highly self-aware, voluntary, and freely plays their part. The Youthful Home operates on a 'no ownership' model, without marriages, families, or monetary transactions. Everyone 'owns nothing but has everything,' and we share all resources. The community's way of life is advanced and ahead of its time.
