French Friend Baptiste (Xiaomo) in Our 3rd Branch Xiaomo is the Chinese name of Baptiste, a French young man who is a university student of Paris. Xiaomo travelled in China for three months in this summer vocation. He's very interested in Chinese culture, loves Chinese history very much and has learnt Chinese for one year before coming. This June Xiaomo applied for being a WWOOFER in our community through WWOOF China website and arrived at 3rd branch of the Second Home in Auguest 14, 2013 and experience a happy and warm life with us in the Second Home. During his three months in China, Xiaomo visited most of the Chinese provinces and learnt a lot about the local culture and people. Before coming, he knows little about our community values and what's our new life mode about. He thought we're mainly a community practising organic farming, after some time when knowing more about our lifestyle and goes deeper into our daily life and get along with people, his questions disappear and he likes our community very much. Xiaomo id good charactered, easy-going, friendly, kind ,polite and working hard. He likes sports and playing games. During his stay in 3rd branch, he gets along quite well with the community members and we like him too. After the afternoon dinner, we will sit on the sofa, talk and chat, have a cup of tea, play games , sing and dance together. There was one everning many brothers and sisters gathered in the relaxed sofa area of our beautiful yard, with the candles lightening, companied by the sound of flute and nice music, we sang and danced, played games and enjoyed a good time! It's a pity that we are so involved that we forgot to take photos! We sincerely hope that all chanyuan celestials living outside of our community will come to live in this big harmonious family in the future, that all people who're longing for a new beautiful life around the world will come to experience this new life in our home, no matter which country, culture, ethnic groups they are, they may come and gather in the Second home, contribute their wisdom, talents and time to this ideal of creating a bright future of the earth and human being , and experience this wonderful and unregrettable life !
