"After the 2572 Incident on July 3, 2025 last year, Tianbao Celestial（天宝草）, who had been recuperating at the Linzhou Massage Clinic, was forcefully sent back to his hometown to live all by himself. Some brothers and sisters visited him before the Spring Festival, and we thought all was well. To our surprise, when visiting again a few days ago, we learned that he had already passed away about a month earlier, and his family had finished handling his funeral arrangements. Tianbao Celestial entered the Homeland in 2009, remaining steadfast for sixteen years as if it were a single day. From Taiyuan to Yunnan, Xinjiang, Guizhou, and finally to Linzhou, he first sweated alongside brothers and sisters to build houses, and later spent years silently chopping firewood, while also serving guests with all his heart at the massage clinic."

This information shocked and touched me deeply. Tianbao Celestial followed the Guide for sixteen years and contributed immensely to the construction of the Homeland. He was a hardworking and honest Chanyuan Celestial. Yet, his final end brings profound regret and sorrow. The Homeland only found out about his passing a month after he left this world. Although I believe his traditional family relatives cared for him and handled his final affairs, how did he spend that final month? Who was by his side when he left the human world? What were his last words? Did he suffer pain? Did he go peacefully? Did he have any regrets? Was he incredibly lonely? Was he longing for the brothers and sisters of the Homeland to visit him?...

Whenever I think of this, my tears flow uncontrollably.

Tianbao Celestial was originally supposed to live with his brothers and sisters at the massage clinic, where he would be cared for by his Homeland family. However, the Linzhou City Public Security Bureau shut down the massage clinic under fabricated pretexts and drove Tianbao Celestial and other brothers and sisters away. This directly caused Tianbao Celestial to leave this world all alone, without the companionship and farewell of his fellow Chanyuan Celestials.

The Linzhou City Public Security Bureau bears responsibility for this, but the one who deserves the most condemnation is the Guide of Life Chanyuan. As the Guide, learning about the passing of Tianbao Celestial a whole month late, and allowing a Chanyuan Celestial who followed me to pass away in loneliness without proper procedural arrangements—this is a gross dereliction of duty on Xuefeng's part. I want to curse: Xuefeng, you scoundrel!

To prevent such tragedies from happening again, I hereby propose "A Proposal to Let Elderly Chanyuan Celestials Bid Farewell to the Human World with Dignity."

The Implementation Plan

• For Lifelong Builders: For any Chanyuan Celestial who has been actively producing and living in the Homeland since its inception—such as Jinci, Yinghuang, Qionghuang, Xuande, Yidi, Puxia, and Shanbao—and was forced by the authorities to leave the Homeland to live alone: when they reach the end of their lives and bid farewell to the human world, all funeral and burial expenses will be fully borne by the Homeland.
• For All-Celestial Families: For any family where all members are Chanyuan Celestials, such as Dibao and others, all funeral and burial expenses will be fully borne by the Homeland.
• Based on Membership Tenure: For any Chanyuan Celestial, regardless of whether they participated in the physical construction of the Homeland, as long as they have been a Chanyuan Celestial for over ten years, all funeral and burial expenses will be fully borne by the Homeland.
