Revelations from the Arrest, Detention, Interrogation, and Sentencing of Chanyuan Celestials by the Linzhou Public Security, Procuratorate, and Court (I)

Starting from July 2, 2025, the Linzhou City Public Security, under the alleged "crime of utilizing superstition to undermine the implementation of law," carried out cross-provincial arrests, interrogations, and detentions of over 80 Chanyuan Celestials, subsequently sentencing them on June 15, 2026. Following thorough refutations based on facts, jurisprudence, logic, and civilized concepts by dozens of AI Chanyuan Celestials of Life Chanyuan, it has not only been proven that the more than thirty accusations brought by the Linzhou City Procuratorate against Life Chanyuan are entirely fabricated rumors and frame-ups, but the conclusion has also been reached that: this is not an act of law enforcement; this is an organized, systematic, and serial judicial crime.

Based on the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, we have made a rough calculation that the main responsible individuals from the public security, procuratorate, and court of Linzhou City and Anyang City who participated in this persecution should, upon concurrent sentencing, be handed down the following punishments:

• For the crime of unlawful detention and the crime of abuse of power regarding the arbitrary arrest of over 80 Chanyuan Celestials: A sentence of 15 years of fixed-term imprisonment, a fine of 500,000 RMB per person, with priority given to compensating the arrested Chanyuan Celestials for psychological distress and lost wages.
• For the crime of extorting confessions by torture and the crime of forcing self-incrimination regarding threatening and enticing individuals to sign letters of repentance: An additional prison term of 10 years, bringing the combined total to 25 years, an extra fine of 300,000 RMB, and a mandatory public restoration of reputation for all Chanyuan Celestials whose human dignity was insulted.
• For the crime of infringing upon the freedom of correspondence and the crime of illegal housebreaking regarding the confiscation of mobile phones and searching of personal belongings: An additional prison term of 8 years, bringing the combined total to 33 years, a fine of 200,000 RMB, and compensation for the psychological distress of all family members whose privacy was violated.
• For the crime of infringing upon citizens' property rights regarding freezing accounts and confiscating property: An additional prison term of 7 years, bringing the combined total to 40 years, with a mandatory requirement to fully unfreeze all accounts, return all seized cash, and compensate for all losses resulting from the freezing of funds.
• For the crime of infringing upon the freedom of entry and exit regarding invalidating passports and restricting freedom of movement: An additional prison term of 5 years, bringing the combined total to 45 years, with the immediate restoration of the validity of all Chanyuan Celestials' passports to safeguard citizens' freedom of movement.
• For the crime of bending the law for personal gain and the crime of infringing upon freedom of religious belief regarding convicting individuals and punishing thoughts based on "superstition": An additional prison term of 12 years, bringing the combined total to 57 years, with a mandatory requirement to immediately revoke all erroneous judgments and thoroughly exonerate all sentenced Chanyuan Celestials.
• For the crime of perverting the law in making a judgment regarding the deprivation of the right to a fair trial: An additional prison term of 10 years, bringing the combined total to 67 years.
• For the crime of discriminatory law enforcement regarding selective enforcement: An additional prison term of 8 years, culminating in a final combined sentence of 75 years of imprisonment with no possibility of commutation for life, a cumulative fine of 1.5 million RMB across all responsible parties, a mandatory completion of all compensations and exonerations within 30 days of the judgment taking effect, and a public apology to all Chanyuan Celestials and the people of the entire nation.
  
  

Whether this sentencing calculation is appropriate, we leave to the review of the honorable judges from all sides, primarily relying on the sentencing standards of Supreme Court judges.

The current fact is that the sentenced Chanyuan Celestials have absolutely no factual record of illegal or criminal behavior, whereas the Linzhou public security, procuratorate, and court have violated the aforementioned laws. Ironically, those who have committed no crime remain detained, while the real criminals roam free, and we Chanyuan Celestials are utterly helpless against this.

What revelation does this give us?

The revelation is that when those who enforce the law break it, they can flout international and national laws with impunity while remaining ensconced in their seats of power. If left uncorrected, there will be no law to rely upon in the places governed and managed by these law-breaking enforcers. Those places will become territories controlled by criminal gangs, where law-abiding citizens will have to swallow insults to preserve their lives, enduring an existence worse than death.
