According to the contents of relevant legal documents from the Linzhou City People's Procuratorate:

"Following a critical review of The Xuefeng Corpus, The Chanyuan Corpus, The 800 Values for Humans of the New Era, and related online promotional materials by the Anyang City Public Security Bureau, the Institute of Contemporary Religion under the Shandong Academy of Social Sciences, and the Shandong International Anti-Cult Research Center, it is concluded that the aforementioned 'Lifechanyuan' promotional materials possess clear superstitious characteristics and social harmfulness."

At present, public security, procuratorate, and court organs in Linzhou City have arrested, interrogated, detained, and seized the assets of more than eighty Lifechanyuan members based on accusations related to "utilizing superstition to undermine the implementation of law," and have handed down criminal judgments against some individuals.

From existing materials, within the logic of the prosecution in this case, the foundation of "undermining the implementation of law" rests upon "utilizing superstition"; and one of the critical bases for "utilizing superstition" is precisely the review conclusion jointly issued with the participation of your research center, stating that Lifechanyuan's promotional materials "possess clear superstitious characteristics and social harmfulness."

Given that this review conclusion has already exerted a major impact on the personal liberty, property rights, human dignity, freedom of expression, and normal lives of Lifechanyuan and its related personnel, I, as the author of the works in question, hereby publicly request your institution to clarify and provide the following matters:

V. Formal Documentation

Please provide the formal review conclusion documents submitted by your research center to the public security, procuratorate, or other case-handling organs of Linzhou City at that time.

This includes, but is not limited to: entrustment procedures, review reports, expert opinions, lists of experts, expert qualifications, pages bearing signatures and official seals, the date of the review, the scope of the review, methods of review, the catalogue of raw source materials, and the bases for the conclusion.

I am not requesting your research center to search for reasons within my articles retroactively now. Rather, I am requesting your research center to provide the formal review conclusion, along with its factual, legal, and academic bases, which had already been formulated and submitted to the case-handling organs at that time.

Lifechanyuan has already suffered immense losses due to the characterization of "superstition," and our Chanyuan Celestial relatives have consequently endured severe consequences, including detention, sentencing, and asset seizures. If the review conclusion in which your research center participated has become a critical basis for this case, your institution naturally bears the corresponding accountability to clarify the objectivity, legality, integrity, and accuracy of that conclusion.
