Fried Chive Dumplings and "Huguo"

What is fried chive dumplings? It's a kind of dumpling filled with chives and fried eggs, it's made like a beautiful dumpling with curls on edge, then we put it into a pan and fry it. It's very delicious and we love it! Because the chives are from our own vege garden, eggs are from our chickens and the food are made by our lovely sisters working in the bright and clean kitchen. And they're cooking with love!

“Huguo” is a local food of Jiuquan, Gansu province which is made by fried dough twist etc.,the soup is thick and dough twist is quite tasty... Well, I know you can't taste either of them, have a look at the photos first!
