Farewell Game Event for Laura and Alex in Lifechanyuan Thailand Branch

The past few days have been filled with daily chores and philosophical discussions, deepening everyone's understanding of new member Lanka. It is delightful to find that Lankan have a profound and insightful grasp of the Lifechanyuan values. Behind his humble and gentle demeanor, he harbors the Mahayana wish of compassion for all beings, akin to the Bodhisattva spirit. During a philosophy class discussing, Lanka expressed the aspiration to improve himself to better serve humanity.

Laura and Alex spent six days in our community. They joined everyone in the cornfields, helping cut corn stalks for workers. Later, they continued to participate in vegetable garden tasks, such as harvesting, pruning eggplant branches, and weeding. Due to their extensive experience in farming and volunteer work, they were given the flexibility to arrange their work hours. However, their diligent, dedicated, and responsible work attitude was truly commendable, earning admiration from everyone.

They also showed great interest in our Values and the new lifestyle. We introduced to them what is Lifecanyuan and our way of life. Each member shared their personal story of becoming a chanyuan member with them.

To bid them farewell, a game event organized by Jiao'e took place. Activities included Mouth-to-Mouth Passing, Chair Snatching, Pass the Handkerchief, Pass through the Arch, Dance Detective, Unlocking Human Knots, and Mind connection thinking Game. An abundance of joyful and entertaining games kept coming, and everyone played with great delight. The penalty elements were also sweet and heartwarming, that left everyone reluctant to part.
