Vegan Village

Located in Asheville, North Carolina, United States

Mission Statement
We will promote veganism through self example, cooking classes, animal care and various forms of vegan outreach.

Community Description
We are an energetic group of vegans who are creating age/race/gender orientation diverse Vegan Village near Asheville, NC, the “most veg friendly city in the country.” With 12 vegan restaurants, a vegan nightclub, 2 home delivery services and Plant gourmet restaurant, healthy cruelty-free food is plentiful.

We welcome companion animals and hope to have a few rescued farm animals. Cats must be contained in Purrfect Fence type enclosures.

We’re open to buying land and building, tiny homes, repurposed old apartment buildings and more. We have inexpensive temporary housing available for you in the hope that you would come and visit.
