Choosing Lifechanyuan: A Journey of Rebirth, Health, and Spiritual Elevation

Why did I choose Lifechanyuan? For the past 35 years, I struggled in the outside world, deeply trapped in the pain of marriage and family. To survive, I worked as an English teacher in different educational institutions  from 2018 to 2022. However, the heavy workload led me to severe insomnia and plasma cell mastitis, a condition known as the "undying cancer." I underwent 11 minimally invasive surgeries, and several doctors advised me to undergo a double mastectomy to cure it completely. With my parents both passed away, I felt even more isolated and helpless. And if I had undergone the mastectomy, I would have been left feeling like a man, neither fully man nor fully woman, while also worrying about a future of remarrying, having children, and dying alone.

Fortunately, I chose the new lifestyle model, the  Second Home of Lifechanyuan. Since living in Lifechanyuan International Family Society Thailand Branch nearly two years ago, my insomnia has significantly improved, my mastitis has stabilized, and my weight naturally dropped from 90 kilograms to 60 kilograms. My physical and mental health have been restored. Here, I have learned gratitude, humility, and how to control my emotions. Through daily labor in nature and studying  Lifechanyuan Values, I have experienced unprecedented freedom, ease, joy, and happiness. For me, choosing Lifechanyuan is not just about adopting a new way of life but also embarking on a journey of rebirth, health, happiness, and spiritual elevation.
