How do couples get along with each other in the Second Home

Hi, chanyuan celestials! From the photos I saw there are a lot of people living in the community. Kids, young boys and girls, middle aged people. Are there any couples living in you community now? I'm curious on how will they get along with each other in a community called the Second Home? Or do you have any rules for them to follow?
